When you find yourself in a worrying situation, weighed down with grief or distress over a problem, and wondering which way to turn. Then counselling can help.
 
In comfort and privacy and with empathy, listening and support, counselling will help you explore your problems, helping you understand your feelings.
 
With guidance, encouragement and care, counselling will help you to discover your own inner resources, enabling you to make your own manageable choices. This greater sense of well-being will then help you mover forward to a healthier and brighter future.

All Sessions are in depth and for one hour in duration.  It is suggested that you meet with your Counsellor for an initial session to see if Counselling is the way forward for you.
 
If you would like more Counselling sessions after that time then more appointments can be arranged for you.  The amount of sessions you have is up to you, however, it is expected that 4-6 regular sessions is advisable for real progress to be made. 
 
Counselling will be reviewed regularly, this will help you clarify what issues have been explored, whether you feel you are working through them and what issues you would like to explore further.
